Installation

The source code for the plugin is available from the project site: (https://github.com/bd2kccd/ccd-annotations-cytoscape)

To install the plugin compile the source code or download a release then start the Cytoscape application and click on apps->install from file and select the jar file.

Using the Plugin

• Create new annotations
• Search for existing annotations
• Set auto label placement
